Job Summary of Customer Account Agent:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Account Agent:

• Provide support to customers regarding shipping queries and assistance.
• Verify shipment destinations and evaluate packages to ensure they satisfy quality requirements.
• Utilize UPS technology for processing packages and ensuring accuracy in record-keeping.
• Complete sales transactions in a timely and professional fashion.
• Deliver polished and courteous customer service in a dynamic and fast-moving atmosphere.

Qualifications and Experience of Customer Account Agent:

• Training will be provided, so prior experience is not a requirement.
• Proficiency in both communication and interpersonal interactions.
• Fundamental computer skills essential for tracking packages and organizing records.
• Proficient at handling multiple tasks with a high level of detail orientation.
• Individuals must be legally cleared to work in the United States.
