Job Duties and Responsibilities of Account Support Agent:

• Help clients with questions and needs related to shipping services.
• Validate addresses for shipping and review packages to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform package handling tasks through UPS systems and uphold precise record-keeping standards.
• Execute sales transactions professionally and with efficiency.
• Provide top-quality and friendly customer support within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Experience of Account Support Agent:

• Previous experience is not necessary as training will be given.
• Strong aptitude for interpersonal communication.
• Foundational computer knowledge for package tracking and record retention.
• Efficiency in managing several tasks concurrently while keeping a sharp focus on details.
• Having the lawful right to work in the U.S. is a prerequisite.
