Job Summary:

You are responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing persoel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership, financial management, and operational oversight to optimize performance and profitability.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Center Manager:

• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach associates
• Assign work schedules and lead staff meetings
• Monitor and enhance customer service quality
• Develop and implement store marketing initiatives
• Manage financial performance and provide reports
• Oversee inventory management and mailboxes
• Review employee timesheets and process payroll
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

• Advanced education degree, coursework, or technical training preferred
• Prior store management experience required, including persoel and financial management
• P&L management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Proven leadership and management abilities
• Ability to take full accountability for center operations
• Notary Public certification preferred
