Job Summary of Store Team Member:
This position supports all daily store operations with a focus on delivering excellent guest service, supporting merchandising initiatives, and maintaining brand consistency. The role involves both individual responsibilities and team collaboration to create a positive and seamless shopping experience.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Team Member:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences to enhance store sales and cultivate customer retention.
- Increase engagement by informing and encouraging guests about loyalty and credit programs.
- Enforce the prescribed regulations for managing store aesthetics, overseeing product distribution, and operational protocols.
- Adopt the company’s software, systems, and standard procedures for the successful execution of daily tasks.
- Engage in teamwork with colleagues to achieve store objectives and support a thriving work environment.
- Execute supplementary responsibilities as delegated by store leadership.
Qualifications and Experience of Store Team Member:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Practicing good verbal communication and interpersonal skills can foster positive communication and relationships.
- Capability to handle problem-solving and task completion independently or as part of a team.
- Combining a positive, guest-centered approach with a thorough focus on completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Comfortable with utilizing Zebra PDA and POS systems efficiently.
- Accepting the requirement to be available for work at different times, such as weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
