Job Summary of Center Associate / Notary Public:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Center Associate / Notary Public:

• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers and phone inquiries
• Practice active listening and effective communication with customers and team members
• Assist customers with shipping needs by offering appropriate solutions
• Learn and apply product knowledge, services, and industry trends
• Operate all store equipment, software, and systems proficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with additional tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience of Center Associate / Notary Public:

• High school diploma or equivalent – Required
• Retail sales experience – Preferred
• Strong computer and internet navigation skills – Required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and basic math
• Ability to lift and move items weighing 40+ pounds
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends – Required
• Professional appearance and a helpful, friendly demeanor
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
