Job Summary of Paralegal:

This role provides legal coordination and support to the Global Employment Law team to help enable business growth while minimizing legal and reputational risks. The position requires strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver practical solutions aligned with business goals and legal compliance. Responsibilities span across global jurisdictions, ensuring operational integrity and informed legal decision-making.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Paralegal:

• Provide support on employment legal matters by coordinating with internal teams and external counsel.
• Develop strong relationships with business partners to effectively manage and complete legal projects.
• Identify legal and reputational risks in domestic and international operations, escalating appropriately to mitigate impact.
• Assist in drafting legal memos, correspondence, and agreements in clear, business-friendly language.
• Support the implementation of legal strategies and standards that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Manage and prioritize multiple legal matters under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ensure the accurate maintenance and management of official corporate legal records and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience of Paralegal:

• Relevant experience supporting an employment legal team within a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong understanding of employment law across local, state, and federal jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to assess legal issues and recommend practical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and respond to changing priorities.
• Skilled at presenting complex legal information in a clear and concise manner.
