Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Utility Worker:

• Collect all dishes, utensils, and glassware left behind by guests promptly after they have finished their meal.
• Ensure the tables and chairs are clean and reset for new customers, equipped with the proper dining tools and seasonings.
• Sustain a clean dining environment by routinely sweeping and mopping floors, as well as wiping down service areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist in keeping other areas, like restrooms and condiment counters, neat and hygienic.
• Offer a helping hand to your colleagues by participating in the restocking of dining utensils, napkins, and other supplies.
• Support with the opening and closing of cleaning duties and establishment setup requirements.
