• Employ UPS systems for processing packages and maintaining precise records.
• Complete sales transactions in a timely and professional fashion.
• Deliver friendly and adept customer service within a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications and Experience of Client Assistance Agent:

• Training is offered, making prior experience uecessary.
• Proficient in interpersonal coections and communication.
• Primary computer proficiencies related to tracking packages and keeping records.
• Proficient at handling multiple tasks with a high level of detail orientation.
• Individuals must possess the legal eligibility to work in the United States.
