Job Summary of Associate / Notary Public:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Associate / Notary Public:

• Provide excellent customer service to in-store visitors and over-the-phone inquiries.
• Listen actively and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Assist with packing and shipping, offering knowledgeable solutions to customer needs.
• Learn all store products, services, and industry trends.
• Operate office equipment and software efficiently, assisting others as needed.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and packages.
• Maintain transaction accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
• Keep the store environment clean, safe, and well-organized.

Qualifications and Experience of Associate / Notary Public:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must pass a Department of Justice background check to qualify for Notary Public.
