Job Summary of Pipefitter / Welder Foreman:

This position involves leading and supervising industrial activities with a focus on safety, productivity, and communication. The individual must understand P&ID and isometric drawings and demonstrate strong leadership in managing one or multiple foremen within a petrochemical environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Pipefitter / Welder Foreman:

• Lead assigned crews in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of job progress reports, timesheets, and turnover documentation.
• Conduct and document daily safety meetings, completing JSAs and JHAs as required.
• Coordinate job materials, workforce, and tools to meet project demands efficiently.
• Mentor less experienced employees and foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Support plaing, estimating, and scheduling tasks when requested.
• Maintain communication with client representatives, coworkers, and contractors on-site.
• Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and meet operational integrity standards.
• Comply with PPE requirements and follow applicable OSHA/ANSI safety standards.
• Work extended hours, including night shifts, when required.

Qualifications and Experience of Pipefitter / Welder Foreman:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 96 months of experience in the petrochemical industry.
• At least 36 months of experience in a foreman role.
• Valid TWIC card and reliable transportation to the job site required.
• Must pass drug screening, background check, physical, and PFT/FIT test.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
