Immediate'vacancies'are'open'for'substitute'paraprofessionals'in'a'range'of'locations'across'New'Jersey.'Regardless'of'your'certification'status'or'educational'experience,'we'are'dedicated'to'assisting'you'throughout'the'application'and'onboarding'phases.'As'a'substitute'paraprofessional,'your'role'will'involve'aiding'classroom'instructors'in'the'education'and'development'of'students'with'specialized'needs.

Responsibilities'of'Guest'Educational'Support:

• Deliver'supplementary'instruction'to'students'on'an'individual'level'or'in'small'groups'to'help'them'grasp'the'concepts'more'effectively.
• Offer'assistance'to'instructors'in'managing'the'classroom'environment'and'providing'general'supervision'of'students.
• Fulfill'office'tasks'by'setting'up'gear'and'arranging'necessary'materials.
• Observe'students'in'different'settings,'such'as'the'lunch'area,'school'yard,'external'excursions,'and'morning/evening'programs.
• Support'students'in'their'physical,'personal,'academic,'and'emotional'development.
• Assist'students'with'specialized'needs'by'adhering'to'the'personalized'instructions'detailed'in'their'Individualized'Education'Programs'(IEPs)'or'504'Accommodation'Plans.
• Execute'any'other'assignments'given'by'teachers'and'school'administration.

Qualifications'and'Experience'of'Guest'Educational'Support:

• Possessing'a'high'school'diploma'or'GED'is'compulsory.
• Proficiency'in'all'aspects'of'the'English'language,'such'as'speaking,'reading,'and'writing.
